First unzip the q3ase and instal it.

Answer:
Put shaders folder in base folder of EF2 (if you already have shaders folder then just copy/paste perunef.shader into your existing shaders folder).

///PERUNEF2 FOLDER what to do with it???///
Put perunef2 folder in textures folder inside base folder of EF2 if you dont have textures folder create one and copy/paste the perunef folder inside.

Run your q3ase (its good to make shortcut on desktop) go to FILE then EDITPAKFILES then add directory (add your EF2 base folder here) click OK.
Now go FILE again and then OPEN and select shaders/perunef2.shader now you will be able to prewiev 2 of mine shaders/textures ;)

This program is good for learning how to manipulate shaders cuz you can chnge values to see wht will happen and then copy that into shader file (i use Notepad ++)
For best preview of shader go under PREVIEW then GEOMETRY and pick SPINING BOX.
You can use and modify my shaders but give credit.
Iwe included and shader manual for more info.

NOTE : As far i know only TGA. pictures format can be used with Q3ASE previewer.
NOTE: If you save your TGA. image in 32 bit format the areas with black color will be transparent,
if you save in 24bit format they'll be black.
NOTE:When you make your shader file save it as text file and then rename it to  e.g  myshader.shader.
NOTE: The best way to learn how to make shaders is to look into existing ones in the pak0.pk3 in the base folder,you can view them by opening them with program PakScape 
(in my case i copyed that pak into new folder and unzipp it so i dont have constantly  open it with PakScape.
